Back at the town (Danang it is), nothing much changed except fromt the pub (not really, they serve coke there) that I use to come to. Also, the Lunar New Year is our biggest festive here. What is your country’s biggest festival?

Other than that, what’s your country’s new year tradition? (Like us, we eat jam and get lucky money)
 

I meant to blog yesterday when I got back but I was so tired of being on a plane and then a bus and then a car and then walk upstairs so I waited until today.

That’s pretty much all. I’ve just realised that Google have a new favicon. I think that it looks cute, what do you think? Yet still, I prefer the old one more, I liked the simplicity of it.

First, I’ll have to share a dorm with 19 other people who I’d describe as I don’t really get along with (maybe because of my hate of being in a crowd) and then the 3 degree Celsius temperature. Urgh. Anyway, let’s look on the bright side of this trip, I’ll get to look at the animals from a very very very close view without any cage or any lock down thingy.

Now, I’m doing my last minute packing (that means trying to throw a bunch of clothes which are thick and long together) and just wishing that I don’t forget anything behind. The last time I went to my school trip, I forgot my passport at home, sweet.

P.S: I’ll be back on Friday… hopefully.

Don’t we all like empty blogs?

I am actually pitying myself because of such a young age ( just trying to make my reader jealous), I actually already have to do such hard work and so much thinking. You know, I sit in front of the paper trying to figure out which passport type do I own and what skin colour am I too. (They had Asian - Korean/Japanese, Asian - China, Asian - Indonesia/Philippine …etc, no Asian - Vietnamese to be found, yet I am not all Vietnamese).

And then there come the process of dates. They have almost every types of dates you can think of; expiry, valid, birth… Yeah, it’s tough. But well, am I allow to complain that they are using iframes for the website of the school that I’ll be staying there? I’m also planning to call in at 4 in the morning asking for a visa schedule (but I won’t because they might reject my application).

My question to everybody, have you ever done any type of paperwork in your life? And, is it as hard as mine?

P.S: About my layout, many people (okay, 2) suggested that I have a more colourful background. Yet, I don’t think that it’ll fit because just imagine a stripe background at the back - self explanatory but I will come up on more ways to my my main content more colourful. Wait, what about NEON COLOURED text?

Besides that, I want to wish everybody a happy new year. People in Vietnam don’t really celebrate this new year, we celebrate the lunar new year so it’s a little different. What do everybody else on Earth do on this day anyway? Do you eat turkey like in Christmas?

Looking back at 2008, I feel like it just slipped away, out of sight. It’s gone by so quickly that I have done nothing remarkable yet; not even reading a great book. This really makes me consider myself and where am I now. It’s so fast since I was born and then started school. In another blink, I would probably be in college doing [insert a major here] and yawning up and down (depends on the fact if I want to go to college or not). Time goes by so quickly and it’s quite annoying. Anyway…

Lastly, um… I ran out of things to say so um… Happy New Year.

Whether you are my golden retriever, mom or my stupid sister. I sincerely ask you to stop. I bought chocolate every single week and they would mysteriously disappear. All of my hard work of counting money, waiting at the counter, begging mom for cash, walking to the store and carrying it back home is gone by the minute just because you took my chocolate. MY PRECIOUS CHOCOLATE.

You see, it isn’t an easy process of buying one bar of chocolate. But then, you took it away from me. ( BAD PERSON/DOG BAD !) It isn’t easy letting go of one bar of chocolate either because ME LIKEY LIKEY CHOCOLATEY. So, gimme back my chocolates. NOW.

If you know who took my chocolate, tell me. My sister said told me to blame a leprechaun. Who do you think that I should blame?
